Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "hb33", "we", "us", "our" refers to the hb33 platform and its operating entity, accessible at hb33.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the hb33 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" means the hb33 website, mobile interface, and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features available at hb33.io.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a player upon successful registration on the hb33 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a player's account at any given time, including deposited funds, winnings, and any applicable bonus credit separately designated.
• "Bet" means any wager placed by a player on any sports market, casino game, or arcade game available on the hb33 platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reload offer granted to a player by hb33 subject to specific terms.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which hb33 accounts are denominated.
• "Verification Documents" means any government-issued identity document, proof of address, or payment method confirmation requested by hb33 to verify a player's identity or age.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, time-out periods, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to players on the hb33 platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the hb33 platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the hb33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the hb33 platform. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility

To register for and use an hb33 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hb33 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list administered by hb33 or any third-party responsible gaming organisation.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close relative of an employee or contractor of hb33, its affiliates, or its game providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

hb33 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant or to close any account at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason, provided that any undisputed real-money balance is returned to the player through the original payment method where possible.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) hb33 account. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify hb33 promptly of any changes by contacting [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not disclose your password to any third party. hb33 will never contact you to request your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hb33 immediately.

hb33 may, at any time, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or allowing continued betting activity. KYC documents typically include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence, and may include a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.

• Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be closed without notice.
• hb33 reserves the right to apply transaction limits to unverified accounts.
• Players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and all other divisions of Bangladesh are welcome to register subject to these eligibility requirements.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All hb33 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). hb33 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges which are outside hb33's control.

Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds of confirmation.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 applies.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the account, subject to availability.
• hb33 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours on all days of the year, including Eid and all public holidays.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• hb33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.
• Bonus balances are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on hb33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. General betting rules that apply across all markets are set out below.

• A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted by the hb33 system and a bet reference number has been issued to the player.
• hb33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error, a technical malfunction, or a feed error from a data provider.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. hb33 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event without notice, including during BPL T20, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by event, market type, and account standing.
• hb33 may limit, restrict, or close markets at any time for any reason, including but not limited to integrity concerns, abnormal betting patterns, or event postponement.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport. As a general principle, bets on events that do not commence within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.
• Casino game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. hb33 does not manipulate game outcomes. Historical game results do not influence future outcomes.

Disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event result being published on hb33. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

Bonuses & Promotions

hb33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day.

The following general conditions apply to all hb33 bonuses unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements for each promotion are specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• hb33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect wagering requirements already accepted by a player on a bonus already claimed.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met.
• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies to extract bonus value, or providing false information — will have all bonus balances forfeited and their account closed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the hb33 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances forfeited pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, including in live casino games, to manipulate outcomes.
• Match-fixing, inside information betting, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of a sporting event.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial transaction that is unlawful under applicable law.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account or payment details.
• Providing false, misleading, or forged documents during the registration or KYC process.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing hb33 staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the hb33 platform's code, infrastructure, or data.

Intellectual Property

All content on the hb33 platform — including but not limited to the hb33 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of hb33 or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hb33 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or distribute any hb33 content without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on hb33 content or design.
• Use the hb33 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any hb33 page on another website without permission.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hb33 excludes all liability for:

• Any losses arising directly or indirectly from your use of the hb33 platform, including gambling losses, which are the sole responsibility of the player.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, network failures, or interruptions to service caused by factors beyond hb33's reasonable control, including internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in sports data feeds, live scores, or event information provided by third-party data suppliers, except where a manifest error results in incorrect bet settlement that has been formally disputed within the prescribed 30-day window.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits hb33's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Privacy & Data

hb33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at hb33.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices of hb33 include:

• All data transmitted between your device and the hb33 platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
• hb33 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Personal data may be shared with payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay), identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the platform.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data hb33 holds about you and to request correction of inaccurate data by contacting [email protected].
• hb33 retains player data for a minimum period of five (5) years from account closure in accordance with its record-keeping obligations.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-Out: Players may request a temporary break from gambling for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account remains open but no bets may be placed and no deposits may be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, the account is closed and the player is removed from all marketing communications.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic session notifications that remind them how long they have been playing and the net result of their session.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the hb33 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you should cease using the platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect. Any undisputed real-money balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. hb33 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play and transparent operations. hb33 does not make representations regarding specific licensing from any Bangladeshi government regulatory body.

In the event of any dispute between a player and hb33 that cannot be resolved through the customer support process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy. Disputes must be raised within the applicable limitation period under relevant law.
